ALEX LONATI (she/her) — Director
Boston based director, producer, arts administrator, and educator who directs at the professional and collegiate level. Recent credits include The Antiquities, Cost of Living (SpeakEasy Stage); Webster’s Bitch (Greater Boston Stage, upcoming); Starf*ckers (Central Square); The Counter (Umbrella Arts Center). Alex serves as the Director of Artistic & Community Programs at SpeakEasy Stage Company and is the President of the Theatre Community Benevolent Fund (TCBF). In addition to her BA in Theatre Studies from Emerson College, where she now teaches Arts Management, she holds a masters in Arts Administration from Boston University. Ryan Bates is the Props Director for Emerson Stage, and has worked as a props lead and scenic designer throughout New England, including productions at Merrimack Repertory Theatre, Wheelock Family Theatre, New Repertory Theatre, Bridge Repertory Theatre, The Umbrella, Gloucester Stage Company, InMotion Theatre, Longwood Players, Off the Grid, Fresh Ink, and many more.
